Centro (La Paz)

Plaza Murillo                 Legislative Palace, Government Palace and Cathedral face the Plaza.

Palacio de Legislativo   The constitutional capital in Bolivia is Sucre, but the de facto capital is La Paz with  Palacio de Legislativo and Palacio de Gobierno.

The dial plate and the hands of this clock are counterclockwise.

The statue of Pedro Domingo Murillo who worked for the independence movement in Bolivia stands in the Plaza.

The right side of Palacio de Legislativo is Palacio de Gobierno, and next Cathedral.

Calle Jaén            Houses of the colonial era have remained on both sides of stone paved paths.

Calle Jaén was formerly called as Calle Kaura Kancha, had Market of LLamas.

Calle Jaén was named after Don  Apolinar Jaén.  There are some museums such as Museo Casa de Murillo, Museo Instrumentos Musicales.
